What is Inner Alchemy...
The Taoist Tradition of 'Inner Alchemy' focuses on the cultivation and transformation of our Inner Energy - which supports the birth of our Spiritual Nature.
Inner Alchemy in the Chinese language is termed 'Neidan" - Nei -內 - means Inner or Internal and Dan - 丹 - is a reference to the Alchemical Elixir of Immortality. In English we can term this as Inner Alchemy Practice or the Art and Practice of the Inner Elixir.
Taoist Inner Alchemy - Neidan - is concerned with transforming the substance of the Inner Energy of the human being into a refined, rarified, and Pure Quality - something which is True, Spiritual and Bright. This transformed energy, gathered to the Dantian is often termed the 'Elixir'. This Transformation of the Inner Energy and Development of the Elixir, will give one Health, Healing, Longevity, Wisdom, and bring one closer to a Union with Nature and the Great Tao.
Neidan Practice applies a systematic approach to training using a wide variety of methods such as: Qigong, TaoYin Stretching, Longevity Breathwork, and Dantian Center Development. Different practice methods are applied as one moves through different stages and levels in their internal development.

In Taoist Practice a central concept is to cultivate one's Life Destiny or Ming.
In Taoist Practice the concept of Karma may be thought of as Life Destiny or 'Ming' in Chinese.
To seek to understand one's Life Destiny –
one must understand themselves.
Self Understanding comes through daily Self Practice.
This is a way of Inner Cultivation - and slowly we begin to change and transform the quality of our Inner Energy.
We regain our Vital Energy, we become healthy, we feel balance, we enter into Harmony and Inner Peace.
We Return to our Root - all things Change and Transform

Tao is Nothing….
How can it give birth to the Divine, and cause the world to be produced..?
Tao does not give birth to the Divine, the Divine is born of itself.
So Tao gives birth to the Divine, by not giving birth.
Tao does not produce the World, but the World produces itself.
Tao Produces, by not producing.
Tao is Everywhere,
but everywhere it is nothing….
